On the 8th of December 2021, an online half-day Dissemination and Sustainability conference was conducted for the Erasmus+KA3 Project ‘Building School-Wide Inclusive, Positive and Equitable Learning Environments Through A Systems-Change Approach’ (code: 606687-EPP-1-2018-2-CY-EPPKA3-PI-POLICY). The Dissemination – Sustainability half-day conference was organized by the Perifereiaki Diefthinsi Protovathmias & Defterovathmias Ekpaidefsis Kentrikis Makedonias (KMAKEDPDE), with the participation of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in the event.

The half-day conference was organized online on the 8th of December from 17:00 to 19:00 and was attended by 143 primary school principals, school counselors and teachers who expressed their intention to apply the SWPBS approach in their schools for the forthcoming school year.

The half-day conference was greeted by the regional director of the Perifereiaki Diefthinsi Protovathmias & Defterovathmias Ekpaidefsis Kentrikis Makedonias (KMAKEDPDE), Mr. Thomas Mpacharakis. Afterward, Mrs. Krystalia Staikou, a member of the KMAKEDPDE team presented the Sustainability action that was approved by the Greek Ministry of Education for the application of the SWPBS in a larger number of schools.

The scientific coordinator of AUTH, Dr. Athanasios Gregoriadis, associate professor of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki presented the philosophy and the main goals of the SWPBS project, together with its main results and achievements. Two more presentations followed. The school counselor and member of the KMAKEDPDE, Dr. Ioannis Trikkaliotis presented the “Main steps to apply the SWPBS approach-examples of implementation” and the school counselor and member of the KMAKEDPDE, Dr. Petros Kliapis presented the “Examples of Educational materials and activities from the SWPBS schools”.
