At the pedagogical regional meeting of the primary school teachers, Erasmus + K3 SWPBS project was presented (School-Wide Inclusive, Positive and Equitable Learning Environments Through A Systems-Change Approach [SWPBS] Ref. no.: 606687-EPP-1-2018-2-CY-EPPKA3-PI-POLICY). The regional pedagogical meeting took place on November 27th 2020 and it was attended by teachers not only from the 30 schools involved in the project but also from other schools from Arges county.
Florina Biculescu presented e detailed presentation of the project: objectives, goal, partners, target group, type of activities and intellectual outputs of the project produced up to that moment. The project’s approach regarding positive behaviours in educational environments was considered very interesting by the participants and some schools showed interest in being kept updated to the topic. They were referred to the project’s site for further educational resources. The 11 partners from 4 schools were presented in detail and also the European Commission Erasmus + funding.

The training sessions started in the school year 2019-2020 for the 15 Group A schools were disseminated. A short presentation of the future training for the other 15 schools, that will start in the school year 2020-2021 was also delivered to the participants. Also, the support team involvement on 2 levels was underlined: school visits in 2019, working meetings with the representatives from the schools.
The participants were interested in finding out how the project collects and uses information from the grassroots, so Mrs. Biculescu explained the project’s procedure of data collection and analysis in order to increase students’ scholar performances and to improve the educational environment and to create positive interactions between all professionals in a school.
