At the "REFORM" - Reinforcing Educator's Competences for Counselling and Motivation” International Conference, organized within another international project, on 18th December 2020, the SWBPS project was disseminated.
The online Conference, was an excellent opportunity to share ideas between education professionals and to create a common stage where teachers can develop educational and personal development strategies, useful for their students, but also for other beneficiaries.
The participating project team of Arges county Schools Inspectorate (ISJ Arges) underlined the 11 partners from 4 countries consortium (Cyprus, Greece, Romania and Finland). In Romania, the projects is implemented by ISJ Arges and University of Pitesti, with 30 schools in the county being involved in the project’s implementation activities.
Five (5) members of ISJ SWPBS project team have participated at the Conference, leading discussion towards the topics of the project or presenting written brief studies based on the project. Due to SARS-CoV-2 pandemic national restrictions, the SWPBS implementation had to face various national or local restrictions and at the Conference they presented adapted solutions.
SWPBS project promotes positive active approaches to create positive inclusive environments in the Arges schools, where the project is implemented. It was emphasised the fact that choosing 30 primary schools allows the stakeholders to investigate the SWPBS systemic changes at smaller age groups, so that further planning for secondary schools and high-schools to be implemented with proper attention.
